Returns Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
We want you to be happy with anything you buy from the store. This policy explains your rights and how returns work. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Changed your mind?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an online order for physical goods up to 14 days after the day you receive it – you don’t need to give a reason. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.
Once you’ve told us you’re cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Please return it unused and in its original condition and packaging where possible. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing proof of postage), using the same payment method you paid with. The refund covers the item and standard delivery; return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
Exceptions
- CDs and vinyl: can be returned if unopened, but we can’t accept returns of recordings that have been unsealed (that’s a standard legal exception, not us being difficult).
- Digital downloads: by downloading, you agree to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day cancellation right once the download has started.
- Personalised or signed-to-order items: can’t be returned under change-of-mind rules.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll put it right at no cost to you. Within 30 days of delivery you’re entitled to a full refund for faulty goods. After that we’ll offer a replacement or repair first, then a refund if that doesn’t work for you. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll sort return postage with you – you won’t be out of pocket.
